Returns and Refund Policy

We care for your personal hygiene and maintain high hygiene standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please write us at care@kairavam.com with details within 7 days.

Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time.

Refund Policy

If your item is eligible for a return, then and only then we will provide you with a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We currently do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
